We will be open on Remembrance Day (Saturday, November 11), following the ceremony and reception, from 1 to 5 p.m. Visit the Library to watch veteran interviews, create Valentine's Day cards for veterans, and browse our displays or borrow from our curated booklist.
Art Talks: Ross Penhall in Conversation with Hilary Letwin

Join West Vancouver Art Museum Curator Hilary Letwin in a vitural conversation with artist Ross Penhall as they discuss the genre of landscape painting.
Listen to conductor and music historian Kevin Zakresky as he explores the origins of the carol and traces the history of Christmas music up to the present day.

Tuesday, November 14, 2:30 – 3:30 p.m. Come hang out in The Lab and play together with the Library’s awesome collection of Augmented Reality tech and toys!
In honour of our veterans, the Friends of the Library will host the Remembrance Day reception, a tradition since 1975. Library doors will open after the ceremony at the Memorial Arch. Refreshments will be served by the Friends and music will be provided by the Dundarave Players.
