Small Acts Have Big Impacts

The Library Foundation set a goal of raising $30,000 this fall, and we've already reached 50% of it. If you can, please donate to help us reach our target.

Every dollar raised helps the Library offer programs to reduce social isolation, boost literacy, offer concerts, and buy more ebooks.

Friends of the Library

To help add a warm welcome to the Library and to brighten the Holiday Season, the Friends will again be putting up and decorating a live Christmas Tree, along with a number of red poinsettias.

We will have a number of children's books for sale on our Book Cart, and our Theme Cart will feature a wide range of specially priced Persian books. Both would make wonderful Christmas gifts!

We wish everyone a safe and happy holiday season.

More about the Friends

Give to the Foundation's Fall Campaign

Nelly* is one of the 178 patrons the Accessible Services team visits weekly in their homes. Seniors like Nelly often cannot leave the house because they have vision issues and are significantly cut off from the world. But now she attends the monthly Library Bound Social Tea, where she can catch up with friends over a cup of coffee and listen to a local author speak because of the transportation provided by the Library Foundation.

Help us end social isolation and provide more books and services to seniors and their families for as little as $20/month.
