Public Library Accessibility Survey
On behalf of public libraries in the Lower Mainland, SPARC BC are launching a new survey specifically for people with disabilities who use library services. Friends of the Library
The Friends of the Library's main fundraising effort is the Book Sale Cart. Since January, we have raised more than $6,000.

The Friends keep the Book Cart stocked with a wide variety of reading material, including hardcover, paperback, Persian, and children's books.

Highlighting the generosity of two community champions 
Two generous community champions of the Library independently organized fundraisers for the Library Foundation in the first half of this year. 
 
Thank you to Junmei Zhao, who asked friends to donate to the WVML Foundation for her birthday party this year and raised $5,500! 
 
Thank you to the Shuang Music School for raising nearly $3,000 for the Library Foundation at its May 10 student solo recital at the Kay Meek Arts Centre.
