• September 27: Sweet Dreams: Create Your Recorded Lullaby or Bedtime Story, a workshop where participants will craft and record personalized lullabies under her guidance.
• October 7: The Power of Song: How Music Connects to Memory and Emotion; this interactive session will explore music's emotional impact on our memories.
• October 17: Voice Memo to Demo: this program will combine hands-on workshops and coaching sessions.
• November 14: As a highlight of her residency, Sam will host Behind the Curtain: What Does a Career in Music Look Like Today?, a free panel discussion with local artists, producers, and music professionals about what a career in music looks like in 2024.

The 1960s was a decade of cultural and societal revolution. Instructor John Mitchell will investigate the different musical genres that dominated this decade.

This art exhibition, featuring 14 artists from the Lions Gate Quilters’ Guild, delves into the multifaceted nature of quilting. It highlights how the process of creating a quilt—through its repetitive and creative elements—serves as a form of meditation.
