North Shore Writers Festival April 24-26, 2025

Publish Your WVML Stories

We want to hear your story about the Library! Your story can be inspirational, funny, embarrassing, or anything else.

Local author Lindy Pfeil will lead you in three in-person sessions, which will offer strategies and writing techniques to inspire you, find your unique writer’s voice, and bring your stories to life.

Come enjoy the warmth of summer and let your memories flow as we write together outdoors on the Library’s rooftop patio in a relaxed, inspiring setting. The stories will be edited and published in an ebook.

Kids Book Sale July 19-20

Find a great deal on kids books, DVDs, and CDs. Everything is 50 cents! Bring your own bag and fill it for $5. Cash only.

West Coast Modern Week: July 8 – 13

Check out a photographic exhibition in our Art Gallery celebrating the early history of our building, a concert with the Jillian Lebeck trio, plus walking tours, film screenings, and lectures presented by the West Vancouver Art Museum.
