Indigenous Changemakers: An Evening with Rebecca Baker-Grenier, Julian Brave NoiseCat, and Janna Wale

Wednesday, July 8, 7 - 8:30 p.m.

Join Librarian Kayla Lar-Son for an evening on Zoom with renowned fashion designer Rebecca Baker-Grenier, award-winning author and filmmaker Julian Brave NoiseCat, and acclaimed climate scientist and activist Janna Wale.

The evening will begin with a Traditional Welcome offered by Chepximiya Siyam’ Chief Dr. Janice George.

Friends of the Library

Thank you West Vancouver Memorial Library community! Due to your generosity, we raised over $4,900 at the annual Shred-It fundraiser. Many patrons generously gave above the suggested amount, often telling us how much they 'love our Library.'

All proceeds go towards library programs and services, like the Summer Reading Club, Family Explorer Backpacks, North Shore Writers Festival, and more.

We appreciate the many library staff, board, trustees, and friends who gave their time to ensure the event is a success. See you next year on Saturday, May 8, 2027!
